Ride Fit Cycling Workouts

Let’s face it, indoor cycling just isn’t natural. While a five-hour rise outside goes by in a breeze, spending an hour cycling indoors can seem like an eternity. Thankfully there are now several cycling companies developing indoor cycling videos aimed at motivating and entertaining you while you spin inside.

I recently had the opportunity to test out several of Ride Fit’s Indoor Cycle Training Videos.  I’ve got just about every spinning dvd and cycling video on the market but I’m always looking for new workouts to keep things fresh.  The Ride Fit cycling videos are an excellent addition to my library.
